Rye Sobo is urban living taken to the next level. This 354-unit multi-family complex — featuring studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments — is the very essence of a city-centered lifestyle. Luxury amenities and open floor plans have made it one of Denver’s most desirable communities. To make it all possible, extensive and continuous third-party civil inspections were required to ensure that the two massive buildings that make up the complex were safe and in compliance. Developers called in RMG to performed inspections of the reinforcing steel, the storm water retention vault, and elevated post-tension slab work. There was not a stone left unturned; thorough testing, inspections, reinforcements, and detailed observations were made each step along the way, keeping the client in compliance and on schedule, and ultimately able to bring an intricate and complicate project to fruition.
Rye Sobo is a jewel for the South Broadway retail district in downtown Denver. The civil third-party inspection work RMG provided was very complex but necessary to ensure that the project was in compliance and met all safety standards.
