For the North Powers Animal Hospital facility, RMG performed open excavation observations, structural fill observation, and testing to verify the soil conditions encountered in comparison with the findings and recommendations in the geotechnical report. RMG performed reinforced concrete observations, concrete sampling and testing, CMU wall testing and observations, pavement subgrade testing, and asphalt pavement testing. Observations and testing performed were made in accordance with the project plans and specifications and the applicable regional construction specifications. Upon completion of testing and observations performed, RMG reviewed the tests and observations performed to date and prepared engineering summary letters for acceptance by the building department.
Going the extra mile to provide comprehensive construction materials testing and special inspection services during construction of the facility and associated site work ensured that the project was done right and completed on time.
