The Glen Eagle Self Storage project was massive and complicated. The scope of work for the 80,000 square-foot facility consisted of multiple pre-engineered metal buildings that required RMG’s architectural, structural, mechanical expertise. The three teams worked together to cover all aspects of site planning, foundation construction drawings (CD), land planning services, and exterior elevations drawings (PD). Our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team came in during construction and provided earthwork observation and testing for overplot fill, subgrade and utilities, footing/cast-in-place concrete reinforcement, concrete sampling and testing, and overall project management.
The RMG team brought its signature brand of excellence and customization and touched all aspects of this complex project, ensuring that it would be one of the area’s most popular and well-regarded storage facilities.
