When you are out for beers with friends, do you expect to have 99 choices of brew and to be able to fill up your own frosty glass? It may seem unimaginable, but it was a novel vision brought to RMG to be turned into a reality. Beast & Brews Tap House is the latest concept in restaurant brew pub experiences. The owner had a big idea: to provide self-pour taps to their beer-loving customers. RMG took that seemingly impossible concept and brought it to life. The team came up with a perfect and equally innovative idea: a pour-your-own-tap solution supported by the design of custom built-in place coolers that displayed 99 individual taps as well as the housing of the kegs and dispensing equipment. Additionally, RMG worked with the tap house to design the venue’s open-air (overhead) garage door concept that gives access the radiant heated slab and knee walls at the garage door counters.
RMG’s vision from the start was to showcase this unique establishment’s flair and engaging approach to experiential dining. Our out-of-box thinking came in to play as our team pushed beyond the expected to find ways to match the client’s desire to offer more to their customers.
