Known for its galleries, trendy restaurants and bars, the Santa Fe Arts District in downtown Denver is vibrant, eclectic, and bustling with life. The Aura on Santa Fe is a 123-unit condominium project that mirrors that energy and spirit to a tee. When complete, this precast concrete building will have a community courtyard featuring a BBQ and firepit, 11,000 square feet of ground floor commercial spaces on the front fit for a commercial kitchen, an underground parking garage, and bike storage. RMG provided over-excavation and replacement testing to construct post-tension slabs. We also provided extensive concrete testing and inspections, performed inspections of reinforcing steel, including reinforcement size, spacing, and placement, and on all post-tension slab work, including tendon placement, stressing, and elongation.
