Who we are looking for:

Are you looking for interesting work that will provide you with opportunities to excel and grow within your chosen profession? Do you enjoy working on a multitude of project types within a highly collaborative environment? As a Senior Project Architect at RMG, you will be responsible for planning and creating architectural designs that match industry standards and client requirements. You will work alongside some of the most awesome Employee Owners who will value your work ethic and skillsets.

What you’ll be doing:

Including but not limited to:

  • Developing, organizing, and reviewing building plans
  • Preparing construction contracts for general contractors
  • Interviewing and hiring contractors for projects
  • Formulating cost estimates based on equipment, materials, and labor requirements
  • Ensuring that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic standards
  • Determining and scheduling different stages of the building process, in accordance with the client’s needs.
  • Monitoring the progress of the project and ascertaining whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines

Related experience from previous employment, training, and certifications will be taken into consideration.

What you bring to RMG:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Architect Licensure in Colorado
  • 7-10 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm or construction company
  • Experience in building design.
  • Experience in successfully managing multiple projects.
  • Experience and knowledge of building construction technology.
  • Experience and knowledge of REVIT.
  • Experience interpreting hand sketches into CAD drawings.
  • Must be able to work independently and within teams to achieve goals
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Possession of attention to detail and ability to review work performed for accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
