The Position Overview:

Are you looking for interesting work that will provide you with opportunities to excel and grow within your chosen profession? Do you enjoy working on a multitude of project types within a highly collaborative environment? As an Project Services Administrator at RMG, you will provide coordination and planning support to our Task Managers on multiple projects. You will support administrative task-related activities for assigned projects while maintaining project management software. You will create, update and distribute project/client files and generate the project schedules and coordinating reports.

More on what you’ll be doing:

  • Weekly meetings with Task Managers to discuss ongoing projects
  • Schedule and attend client meetings
  • Correspond with clients regarding payment authorizations, project status updates and project change requests
  • Create and maintain billing project budgets, as requested
  • Preparation of client invoicing

Experience/Skills to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desired
  • Extensive Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Must be able to work independently and within teams to achieve goals
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Possession of attention to detail and ability to review work performed for accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
