Geotechnical Project Manager

Don has been a practicing geotechnical engineer for over 12 years along the front range of Colorado.  His experience has entailed many forms of subsurface exploration, quality control projects, pavement design, involvement in construction observation, and testing of pavements and road / street construction for private, commercial, city, county, and state of Colorado projects. His total experience in geotechnical and mechanical engineering provides insight into the aspects of the geotechnical engineering situations.  Mr. Peach has been in charge of personnel for field and laboratory testing. He has also been responsible for equipment needs for field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt pavement, nuclear densometers, aggregate testing, and Proctors.

Don is the Geotechnical Project Manager for the Colorado Springs office.  Don is a registered professional engineer in three states, including Colorado with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Business from the University of Kansas. He is active in community activities and routinely serves on local committees. He served as each of the chapter officers with the Kansas Society of Professional Engineers as well as committees at the state level. Also, Don was an active member of the State of Kansas Water Advisory Committee. He was very active in the formation of various community youth activities in sports, science, and he served as a coach, mentor, and leader with Science Olympiad.
