The two companies saw eye-to-eye and heart-to-heart on many fronts, including on our shared belief in people and in supporting highly skilled and motivated teams capable of overcoming any challenge. Team RMG’s structural engineers worked side-by-side with Echo on the 18-unit story condo building and to provided construction material testing and inspections and designed a post-tension elevated deck.

Impact

Located in the Adams 12 School District, from start to finish the family-friendly Ingalls Street Condo project was designed to contribute and enrich the Thornton community.
